Terms of Service

This is the English edition.
These terms form a contract between Number One Solutions Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our company”) and every user (“member”) of this service.

1. Purpose and Scope

These terms define how the service may be used. Separate policies, help pages, and notices published inside the service form part of this agreement. Please review them together.

2. Accounts

  • Users must submit accurate information when registering.
  • We may approve or reject an application at our sole discretion.
  • Members must keep their information up to date and store issued IDs/passwords safely.
  • All communication from us is deemed delivered when it would normally arrive.

3. Fees

  • Paid plans follow the pricing shown on our website.
  • Payments must be made with the approved methods; transfer fees are borne by the member.
  • Fees are non‑refundable and may change at renewal.
  • Late payments may incur interest at 14.6% per annum.

4. Cancellation

Members can cancel from the account menu. If no cancellation is submitted before the end of the term, the contract renews automatically. Fees already paid are not refunded.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Examples include: violating these terms, excessive automated access, sharing content publicly without permission, hacking, sharing or renting accounts, infringing intellectual property, illegal acts, or anything else we judge inappropriate.

6. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend the service or delete an account if a member violates these terms, fails to pay, does not respond to requests for information, or we otherwise deem it necessary. We are not liable for damages caused by such actions.

7. Anti-Social Forces

Both parties warrant that they are not part of, and will not cooperate with, any criminal or anti-social organizations. Breach of this clause allows immediate termination.

8. Applications and Devices

Members are responsible for communication costs and for uninstalling the app when the contract ends. We are not liable for losses caused by network failures or device issues.

9. Information Handling

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for the content they upload. We may use aggregated or anonymized data for improvements and marketing.

10. Liability

Members must resolve disputes with other members or third parties at their own expense. Our total liability is limited to the amount the member paid to us during the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Service Changes and Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or stop the service without notice for maintenance, security reasons, disasters, or other operational needs. We are not liable for resulting damages, but prepaid fees for unused periods will be refunded when we permanently discontinue a paid service.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential any non-public information disclosed for the purpose of using the service, even after termination, except when disclosure is required by law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
